I'd like to have some really cool story. Like I rescued a runaway stroller or was dancing with Kamdyn. But what really happened is stupid and annoying. I was taking the kids to a birthday party. We got out of the car and walked a few feet, when I stepped in a small ditch. My ankle turned down to the ground and popped. OUCH! I was holding Kamdyn and thankfully went down softly and didn't drop her.
A trip to urgent care and an x-ray later, and it is an avulsion fracture. It's pretty painful, but I have some pretty good drugs. So I feel pretty good ; )
Ohmygosh, that stinks!!! I'm so sorry. :-( Hope it heals quickly. Maybe while you're hopped up on the good drugs you can come up with a better story, though...LOL
