Within the last month Kamdyn has been pushing up to a sitting position. The first time she did it, I held my breath, trying to not to make a noise and distract her from getting up. I took this video a couple of weeks ago:

We've been working on getting Kamdyn onto her hands and knees for months and months and months, and she HATES it. But recently, when she pushes up to sit, she is on her hands and knees for a brief period. It is fascinating to see all of the areas of development exaggerated and almost in slow motion. It feels like she will wake up any morning and start crawling on her hands and knees like she has been doing it for months.
What a cutie! Hailey gets her legs in the right position to push herself into sitting but doesn't realize it. Kamdyn will be a pro at crawling before you know it!
ReplyDeleteCan you come over and get her to teach Reagan that...and Reagan can show her how to push up on all fours, but she won't alternate her arms and legs like that. :)
