We had this day. And it was...................................................
Amazing
It's taken me some time to write about it. I guess I wanted to keep it to myself for a while, hold it close to my heart, and cherish it. But now I'm ready to let the staggering, wondrous, phenomenal beauty of that day out into the universe.
We walked the boardwalk. Strolling past the lines of people watchers, we walked on sand dusted boards and inhaled the scent of salty french fries and the ocean breeze.
Following this path takes you just where you want to be. Standing on the edge of the earth, staring out into a vast ocean view.
I wasn't convinced of it before this day, but there is no doubt in my mind now, that I love the beach. Our day was absolutely perfect. Everything from the weather to the cottony clouds that graced the sky to magnificently made sand castles.
This was one of those days that I will carefully place on the shelf of my memory and continually go back to it just to remember all the beauty of it.
Life is full of cloudy days. All you have to do is look past them and find the sun.
